No-Code Workflow Automate

Main project dashboard |full

Project Overview

No-code automation platforms allow non-technical users automate routine and repetitive tasks without writing code for API calls. These platforms are often used in customer relationship management (CRM), lead follow-ups, and event watchers that automatically publish articles after live events.

Challenge

The primary goal was to identify a trigger that would initialize the workflow when a condition is met, and create the automation workflow via drag-and-drop modules and by providing appropriate API tokens and credentials.

Methodology

  1. Workflow Design: Create a prototype of the automation workflow.
  2. No-Code Scenario Creation: Build the automation workflow using no-code platforms and connect module blocks for API calling.
  3. Webhook or Periodic Trigger: Set a webhook or periodic trigger that initializes the workflow when specific conditions are satisfied.
  4. Scheduled Run: Schedule the periodic workflow run or initialize the webhook for data listening.

Tools

Zapier, Make.com, and n8n are popular no-code automation platforms.

Results

The result was various no-code workflow automations that eliminated routine and repetitive tasks. They were easy to set up and had low maintenance costs.
